Reserve: uma xícara de leite e mistura com amido de milho.
A geleia de frutas pode deixar na geladeira e usar somente na hora de servir. 
Untar uma forma, eu coloco um pouquinho de óleo, tem quem prefira só molhar a forma escorrer e em seguida colocar o manjar.

Colocar na panela todos ingredientes líquidos, mexer até misturar e esperar ferver.

Colocar o coco ralado e misturar, em seguida colocar o leite com amido de milho e mexer sem parar com cuidado por aproximadamente 10 minutos.

Colocar na forma e levar a geladeira. Aq vc determinha o tempo na gealdeira eu gosto bem geladinho, tem os que já comem morno por não aguentar esperar!!! Mas lembre-se pra desenformar precisar endurecer na geladeira.

Dica: na hora de colocar o leite com amido de milho mexer novamente. O uso do fouet ajuda muito.
