- Recipe
- Egg whites1 cup
- refined sugar2 cup
- Lemon Juice2 tablespoon
- In a pan add the egg whites
- Add the sugar and mix well until all the sugar dissolves.
- Leave it on a low heat so as not to cook the egg whites (use the smallest burner on the stove over very low heat)
- If the egg whites seem to be cooking, remove them from the heat and stir well for a few seconds.
- Take a test: with your finger try to feel if all the sugar has dissolved, if it is dissolved, turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a mixer and beat until cooled and doubled in volume.
- Add the lemon juice and beat until smooth.
- Take it to the fridge for like 30 minutes and that's it đ
- Use to decorate cupcakes, cakes, Cupcakes and Fruit Santa (recipe in my profile đ)
- Tip: if you don't like lemon, you don't need to add it but it gives a very special touch
