- Boiling water1/2 cup

- In the mixer, dissolve the colorless gelatin (according to the manufacturer)
- As soon as it has hydrated, add the boiling water and beat until it dissolves well.
- Then add the sugar, and beat on high speed for about 15 minutes. (Until it forms a white cream)
- In a shape, sprinkle grated coconut and pour the soft Maria on top, and take it to freeze for about 30 minutes.
- After freezing, sprinkle more grated coconut on top, cut into pieces and serve.
- Store in the fridge.
