- Unflavored gelatin sachet1 unit(s)
- Hot water200 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa3 tablespoon
- Vanilla to taste
- Hydrate the unflavored gelatin according to package directions. Reserve. Grease a pan with oil and sprinkle grated coconut to make it easy to remove and not stick.
- Heat 200ml of water. No need to boil! Put the already hydrated gelatin in this water and stir well until everything melts. Do this process in the bowl of the mixer, add the sugar and vanilla drops. And start beating the mixer at full speed until you get the point. It's like sigh, whipped cream...
- Pour half of the Maria Mole (white) and leave the other to add the chocolate powder, mixing well, stirring with a spatula. It seems like it's missing the point but it's super right later. Pour over the white (which should already be firm) and sprinkle more grated coconut. Refrigerate until it reaches the cutting point. Then remove from the fridge and make squares and serve as you wish.
