Hidrate a gelatina sem sabor conforme as instruções da embalagem. Reserve. 

Unte uma forma com óleo e polvilhe coco ralado para ficar fácil de tirar e não grudar. 

Hydrate the unflavored gelatin according to package directions. Reserve.

Grease a pan with oil and sprinkle grated coconut to make it easy to remove and not stick.

Aqueça os 200ml de água. Não precisa ferver! Coloque a gelatina já hidratada nessa água e mexa bem até derreter tudo. Faça esse processo no bowl/tigela da batedeira mesmo, junte o açúcar e as gotas de baunilha . E comece a bater na batedeira em velocidade máxima até dá o ponto. Fica tipo suspiro, chantilly... 

Heat 200ml of water. No need to boil! Put the already hydrated gelatin in this water and stir well until everything melts. Do this process in the bowl of the mixer, add the sugar and vanilla drops. And start beating the mixer at full speed until you get the point. It's like sigh, whipped cream...

Despeje metade da Maria Mole(branca) e deixe a outra para acrescentar o chocolate em pó misturando bem , mexendo com uma espátula mesmo. Parece que vai perdendo o ponto mas da super certo depois. Despeje por cima da branca(que já deve está firme) e polvilhe mais coco ralado. 
Leve para gelar até ficar no ponto de corte. Depois retire da geladeira e faça quadradinhos e sirva como desejar. 

Pour half of the Maria Mole (white) and leave the other to add the chocolate powder, mixing well, stirring with a spatula. It seems like it's missing the point but it's super right later. Pour over the white (which should already be firm) and sprinkle more grated coconut.
Refrigerate until it reaches the cutting point. Then remove from the fridge and make squares and serve as you wish.
