Massa de chocolate: num bowl adicione os ovos, o leite, o açúcar e o óleo e bata até ficar homogêneo, então adicione a farinha o bicarbonato o cacau, o sal, e o fermento em pó, misture novamente até ficar homogêneo e reserve.

Chocolate dough: in a bowl add the eggs, milk, sugar and oil and beat until smooth, then add the flour, baking soda, cocoa, salt, and baking powder, mix again until smooth and set aside.

Massa de cenoura: no liquidificador adicione o óleo, os ovos, o açúcar refinado, a cenourada ralada, a farinha de trigo, e a pitada de sal, bata tudo, após ficar homogêneo adicione o fermento. 

Carrot dough: in the blender add the oil, eggs, refined sugar, grated carrot, wheat flour, and a pinch of salt, beat everything, after getting homogeneous add the yeast.

Numa forma de bolo suíço untada com manteiga e encacauzada, adicione primeiro a massa de chocolate e em seguida a de cenoura, leve para o forno pré aquecido a 180°C até estar assado.

In a swiss cake pan greased with butter and encacauzada, first add the chocolate mass and then the carrot mass, put in a preheated oven at 180°C until baked.

Calda: num bowl que possa ir ao microondas adicione o chocolate o creme de leite e a manteiga, leve para o microondas de 15 em 15 segundos até estar derretido. Bata tudo com o mixer até ficar brilhoso.

Syrup: in a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate, cream and butter, microwave every 15 seconds until melted. Beat everything with the mixer until it gets shiny.
