- Butter125 g
- Sugar100 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk100 ml
- Wheat flour150 g
- Yeast8 g
- Juice of 2 oranges2 to taste
- Cocoa 50%20 g
- Dark chocolate shavings50 to taste
- Beat the sugar and butter in the mixer until it forms a light cream. For approximately 7 to 10 minutes.
- After beating, mix the eggs, milk and flour, mix well with a fouet and finally add the yeast, stirring slowly until everything is mixed.
- Divide the dough into equal parts in a separate container. In one part mix the orange juice and in the other part mix the chocolate powder.
- After mixing, place the two doughs each on one side in the mold and mix with a toothpick (so that the mixture of one dough remains inside the other)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Do the toothpick test. After cold, unmold and decorate with semisweet chocolate. Another tip is to sprinkle the cake with a little orange juice.
