Ingredientes
:
6 ovos
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar (360 g)
1 xícara (chá) de óleo (240 ml)
1 xícara (chá) de leite (240 ml)
3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo (420 g)
1 colher (sopa) de fermento químico em pó (12 g)
4 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó (24 g)

Modo do preparo

Em uma tigela bata na batedeira os ovos e o açúcar por cerca de 10 minutos ou até dobrar de volume.

Com a batedeira ainda ligada junte o óleo e o leite e bata mais um pouco.

Desligue a batedeira e acrescente a farinha de trigo peneirada aos poucos e misture delicadamente com cuidado para não perder o ar da massa.

Depois junte o fermento químico em pó e misture bem.

Reserve uma pequena porção de massa (equivalente 1 e ½ xícara (chá) da massa) e incorpore o chocolate em pó. Misture e deixe reservado.

Em uma forma redonda de 27 cm de diâmetro com furo central , untada com manteiga e enfarinhada  despeja a massa branca, depois junte a massa de chocolate.

Com ajuda de um garfo ou palito faça movimentos circulares para a massa ficar com efeito mesclado.

Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180°C por cerca de 50 minutos ou até dourar.

Retire do forno, deixe amornar e desenforme.

3 cups of wheat flour (420 g)
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder (12 g)
4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (24 g)

preparation method

In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar for about 10 minutes or until doubled in volume.

With the mixer still on, add the oil and milk and beat some more.

Turn off the mixer and add the sifted wheat flour little by little and mix gently carefully so as not to lose the air in the dough.

Then add the chemical baking powder and mix well.

Reserve a small portion of dough (equivalent to 1 and ½ cup (tea) of the dough) and incorporate the chocolate powder. Mix and set aside.

In a round shape of 27 cm in diameter with a central hole, greased with butter and floured, pour the white mass, then add the chocolate mass.

With the help of a fork or toothpick, make circular movements for the dough to have a mixed effect.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes or until golden.

Remove from oven, let cool and unmold.
