- Milk1000 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Canned cream200 g
- Corn Starch1 cup
- refined sugar250 g
- Dry red wine200 ml
- refined sugar150 g
- Frozen Berries300 g
- Dissolve cornstarch in milk. In a pan add all the ingredients and cook stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. When it thickens, cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a form greased with vegetable oil, place the manjar, cover with plastic film in contact and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- In a pan, combine all the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes over low heat until reduced.
- When the delicacy is firm, unmold and serve with the cold syrup!
