- condensed milk395 g
- Corn Starch6 tablespoon
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sour cream200 g
- Wet Shredded Coconut100 g
- Milk1 l
- In a saucepan, pour whole milk and cornstarch, dissolve the starch in the milk.
- Add the coconut milk, grated coconut, milk cream and condensed milk, mix everything over medium heat until you create a consistency.
- Unite a shape with a strand of oil, add the dough and cover with plastic film. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
- In a saucepan, pour the sugar and stir constantly. When you're at the caramel point, add the water little by little and keep stirring.
- Add the prunes and stir for another 3 minutes. Unmold the manjar and place the plum sauce on top. Help yourself.
