  • Cassava (cassava, cassava).1 kg
  • Sugar3 cup
  • Butter or Margarine100 g
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Dehydrated shredded coconut100 g
  • Milk1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. Peel the cassava, wash it under running water and grate it using a coarse grater or you can crush it in a blender then place it in a sieve and press well to remove the excess water and set aside.
  2. In the blender, place the grated cassava, milk, coconut milk, butter and eggs. Beat everything on medium speed for 1 minute. Add the sugar, grated coconut and salt and beat some more.
  3. Pour the cream into a round shape, greased with margarine and wheat flour, bake in a preheated oven at 230ºC for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Wait for it to cool and you can serve.
