- coconut milk600 ml
- whole eggs4 unit(s)
- sugar500 g
- fresh grated coconut200 g
- chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the help of a spoon or by hand.
- Place on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour at 200ºC.
