- Grate all the cassava and place it little by little on a dish towel. Keep twisting until all the excess water comes out.
- Place the cassava in a large bowl and with the hands of a little loose in the "buds" that formed.
- Then add the eggs, sugar and butter and mix very well. Add the coconut milk, grated coconut and yeast.
- Then add the milk little by little and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Pour in a greased and floured rectangular shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for about 50-60 min or until it's golden on top.
