Corte as mangas em pedaços e congele, quando estiverem congeladas coloque no processador com o gengibre e o suco de limão, processe até ficar cremoso, o açúcar é opcional também, vai dá escolha de cada um, leve ao freezer e logo estará pronto, eu faço antes do almoço pra tomar de sobremesa.
