  • 2 cans of condensed milk2 can(s)
  • 2 boxes of sour cream2 can(s)
  • 2 sleeves2 unit(s)
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered milk4 tablespoon
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  1. Blend the mangoes in a blender and strain well. Reserve.
  2. Add the beaten and strained mangoes, in the blender with the condensed milk and the cream.
  3. After it beats well, add the spoons of powdered milk.
  4. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin sachet in a spoon of water and add to the other ingredients in the blender.
  5. Put it in a greased shape with oil, and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  6. Disinform and serve. Makes about 10 generous pieces.
