Ripe mango1 unit(s)
coconut milk1 unit(s)
Grated Coconut1 tablespoon
Mint Leaves to taste

Chop the ripe mango into pieces and freeze for 2 hours.
Blend the coconut milk, mango and mint leaves in a blender.
Add the grated coconut and stir. When serving, place in jars and garnish with mint leaves.
