- Blend the diced mango, cream, condensed milk and juice of two lemons in a blender.
- Beat well to add plenty of air and make the dessert super light.
- Transfer to a platter, splash lemon zest and let it freeze for at least 2 hours.
- It gets creamy, light, cold and addictive!
