- Mangoes, peeled and cut into small pieces3 unit(s)

- Place the sugar and mango in a pressure cooker and stir well, let the sugar melt a little, close the pan for 4 minutes. Very carefully remove the pressure from the pan, open the pan and leave for another 30 to 40 minutes on the fire, always stirring.
- It will turn into a very soft jelly, turn off the heat and put the flavorless gelatin packet.
- Stir again, place in a bowl and let cool. In my case I left it in the fridge for 24 hours to start tasting, to accentuate the flavor.
