Orange juice1/4 cup
Sugar1.1/2 tablespoon
Colorless Powder Gelatin Envelope1/4 unit(s)
Water1.1/2 tablespoon
Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
Orange zest1/2 teaspoon

In the blender place the mango, vehicles orange juice, sugar and mix everything.
Prepare the gelatin in a bain-marie, add in the blender mix
Add the cream and orange zest
