- Recipe
- White wine100 ml
- Salt5 g
- Sugar30 g
- Squeezed orange juice2 cup
- Fruit of your choice to taste
- Clove and Cinnamon to taste
- In a glass pot add the orange juice, salt and sugar.
- Cut the fruits into large sizes (e.g. strawberry or grape, cut in half only.
- Fill the pot with the fruits you want and add the white wine to finish.
- The more acidic the wine, the better!
- In this recipe I used strawberry, banana, grape, pineapple, mango and Kiwi.
- Leave it in the fridge and always serve ice cream.
