  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon Powder2 teaspoon
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Icing Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Aniseed1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan over medium heat, place the diced apples together with the sugar, ground cinnamon and aniseed. Let the apple cook. Then in a glass mix the water with the cornstarch and put it in the pan, let it thicken. When it's cooked and thick broth, turn off the fire and wait to cool down.
  2. Take a pastry disc and place a half spoonful of the apple and close the disc with a fork. Do this throughout the dough.
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before frying. Then take it to fry the dough. Once cool, roll in the powdered sugar and cinnamon mixture.
