- Shelled and toasted hazelnuts160 g
- Milk powder60 g
- Whole milk400 ml
- Chocolate 70%300 g
- Xylitol40 g
- Salt to taste
- In a pan add the milk, the powdered milk and the hazelnuts, watch over low heat, always taking care not to spill, cook for 20 min.
- Transfer the contents of the pan to the food processor and process. Pass and contents through a sieve.
- Place the chocolate, xylitol and salt in the food processor, add the milk with hazelnuts on top and process until it becomes a smooth and shiny cream.
- Store in a jar and keep at room temperature to maintain the texture.
