- Shelled and roasted hazelnuts | 200 g
- Milk | 300 ml
- Chocolate 70% | 300 g
- Honey | 60 g
- In a pan add the milk and the hazelnuts, let it cook for 20 min.
- Blend the milk, hazelnuts, chocolate and honey in a blender until you get a creamy and shiny texture.
- Let rest at room temperature for 6 hours before consuming
