- Butter400 g

- Xylitol400 g
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Prepare a round shape with a removable bottom (26cm) covered with aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, melt the chocolate together with the butter.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and xylitol.
- Unite the two mixtures and take it to the form.
- Cook in a bain-marie until the side is firm and the center is shaking slightly.
- Let cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Unmold and beat the cocoa powder on top
