Skimmed milk750 ml
Wheat flour1 cup
Butter2 tablespoon
Culinary sweetener1 cup
Egg3 unit(s)
Skimmed milk powder2/3 cup
Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Pour the dough into a greased shape and take it to the medium oven for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test, it should come out clean. The cake has a creamy consistency.
Tip: mix 2 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder, 1 tablespoon of grated coconut and 1 tablespoon of sweetener, in 1 cup of skimmed milk and pour it over the cake while it is still hot. Let it freeze! Look divine!
