Bata  10   folhas  de capim santo (em algumas regiões e conhecido por Capim cideira) o leite, o limão ,depois de bater coe e junte os  ovos o óleo e bata  novamente

Em uma  vasilha coloque a farinha de trigo o açúcar o fermento em pó e  as raspas de limão  misture delicadamente, unte  uma  forma  e leve pra assar por 40  minutos

Cobertura ..
Bata no liquidificador o restante das folhas com  leite, coe acrescente uma lata de leite condensado e uma colher de manteiga, leve ao fogo  até engrossar, espera esfriar e coloque sobre o bolo
