  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • Lemon gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Corn Glucose1 dessert spoon
  • Lemons2 unit(s)
  1. Melt the white chocolate until it is very smooth; Add corn glucose and stir;
  2. Add the Heavy cream and stir well until it is completely incorporated into the chocolate; Dissolve the lemon gelatin with 4 tablespoons of hot water;
  3. Once dissolved, mix with the chocolate and finally the strained lemon juice and mix well; Then just fill the cones;
  4. This recipe yields 31 to 34 45-gram truffles.
