- Unleavened Wheat4 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Margarine (unsalted)3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Lemon mousse (or creamy lemon pastel)2 cup
- In a large bowl add the wheat, margarine and eggs.
- Mix all the ingredients until you form a dough, stir until the dough comes together
- Then add the dough in the molds, and put the lemon mousse (or paste) as a filling.
- Bake in the oven for 15min
- Serve it hot
