  • Melted butter6 tablespoon
  • Sour cream (400g)2 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk (395g)1 unit(s)
  • Squeezed lemon and zest7 unit(s)
  • whipped cream to taste
  1. I sold these pies a lot here in my city!
  2. Make a farofinha with the crushed biscuit mixed with melted butter. Place at the bottom of a platter or pots, as in the photo.
  3. In the blender, beat condensed milk with cream and squeezed lemon. It will stay in the texture of mousse!
  4. Place over the farofinha. Add whipped cream and lemon zest. Fridge until firm (2h).
