- Melted butter6 tablespoon
- Sour cream (400g)2 unit(s)
- Condensed milk (395g)1 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon and zest7 unit(s)
- whipped cream to taste
- I sold these pies a lot here in my city!
- Make a farofinha with the crushed biscuit mixed with melted butter. Place at the bottom of a platter or pots, as in the photo.
- In the blender, beat condensed milk with cream and squeezed lemon. It will stay in the texture of mousse!
- Place over the farofinha. Add whipped cream and lemon zest. Fridge until firm (2h).
