Bata a bolacha no liquidificador até virar uma farofa depois acrescente a manteiga em temperatura natural.

Misture o suco dos limões com leite condensado no liquidificador e bata até obter um creme. Coloque a massa de bolacha e manteiga nas forminhas untadas não precisa levar ao forno. Recheie com o creme e leve à geladeira até ficar firme.


Mix lemon juice with condensed milk in a blender and blend until creamy. Put the cookie dough and butter in the greased molds, no need to take it to the oven. Fill with cream and refrigerate until firm.
