- In a bowl, mix condensed milk, cream, yogurt and lemon juice.
- After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, start the assembly.
- On a platter make layers alternating between mousse and cookies.
- Finish with lemon zest and cookies to decorate.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
