- Corn Starch320 g
- Lemon Juice50 ml
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Lemon zest to taste
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Just mix all the ingredients well until you have a very smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.
- I made the square cookies, put them all in a greased and floured pan, flattened them all with a fork.
- Roasted for 25 minutes at 200°
