- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Lemon juice4 tablespoon
- Milk 1 and a half cups to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Lemon peel zest2 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk with the lemon, then add the milk and eggs and finally the zest.
- Place the syrup in the pudding mold and cook in a bain-marie at 180° for about 1 hour and a half. The time may vary depending on your oven.
- Refrigerate and serve very cold with some lemon slices to garnish đ€©
