Primeiro bata as clara até virar neve.
Bata as gemas com o açúcar até ficar branco, depois de bateras gemas e o açúcar, bata novamente com o trigo.
Junte as claras em neve com oque você bateu e mais o fermento e mexa bem.
Leve ao forno a 240ºC.
RECHEIO:
Esprema os três limões,depois mecha com o creme de leite e o leite condensado e coloque por cima e por dentro do bolo.
