  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Juice of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Lemon0 to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender very well, except the yeast.
  2. Add the yeast and beat just to mix.
  3. Put it in a shape, preferably a pool shape, greased and infarinhada and take it to the oven to bake.
  4. The temperature and time is according to your oven, here I bake at 250•
  5. To see if it's ready, do the toothpick test.
  6. For the mousse: Mix the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice until you get a firm cream.
  7. Add to the already unmolded cake. It's a real delight!!
