Vanilla Cake1 cup
condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
Lemon Juice1/2 cup
Whipped cream as per package to taste
Lemon zest to taste

The first step is to cut slices of the cake and spread it on the bottom of a platter. Reserve.
In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the juice and lemon until it reaches the consistency of a mousse.
Add that cream over the cake and spread it.
Beat the whipped cream according to the package, and decorate your cake as you prefer.
Spread lemon zest and take it to the fridge until serving.
