Maizena Biscuit250 g
Margarine100 g
Condensed milk2 can(s)
Sour cream2 can(s)
Lemon juice1 cup
Lemon flavored shortbread cookie pack1 unit(s)
Lemon zest for garnish to taste

Grind the cornstarch cookie in a food processor or blender until it turns into a flour. Transfer to a bowl and mix it with the melted margarine until it forms a moist crumb.
Line the bottom of a removable rim shape with the cookie crumbs.
On the side of the form, arrange the Lemon Tart Cookies with the filling facing out. Take it to the fridge.
For the filling, in the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice until obtaining a very creamy and homogeneous mousse.
Place it on the cookie and take it to the fridge for approximately 4 hours until firm.
Decorate with whipped cream or just lemon zest.
Serve cold.
