- Maizena Biscuit250 g
- Margarine100 g
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Lemon juice1 cup
- Lemon flavored shortbread cookie pack1 unit(s)
- Lemon zest for garnish to taste
- Grind the cornstarch cookie in a food processor or blender until it turns into a flour. Transfer to a bowl and mix it with the melted margarine until it forms a moist crumb.
- Line the bottom of a removable rim shape with the cookie crumbs.
- On the side of the form, arrange the Lemon Tart Cookies with the filling facing out. Take it to the fridge.
- For the filling, in the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice until obtaining a very creamy and homogeneous mousse.
- Place it on the cookie and take it to the fridge for approximately 4 hours until firm.
- Decorate with whipped cream or just lemon zest.
- Serve cold.
