Condensed milk | 2 boxes790 g
Sour Cream | 2 boxes400 g
Lemon juice240 ml
Cornmeal Biscuit260 g
Chocolate90 g
Sour Cream | 1/2 box100 g

In a bowl add the condensed milk and the cream and mix well. Add the lemon juice and mix until very creamy.
In a refractory place a layer of lemon mousse, moisten the cookies in the milk and make a layer. Make interspersed layers of mousse and cookies, finishing with a layer of cookies.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds. When melted, add the cream and mix well. Cover the pavé with this ganache and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
