- melted butter4 tablespoon
- FOR THE LEMON MOUSSE FILLING:. to taste
- colorless, unflavored gelatin powder envelope1 unit(s)
- can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- measure of lemon juice can1.2 unit(s)
- can of sour cream1 can(s)
- FOR COVERAGE:. to taste
- milk chocolate100 g
- 1/2 can of sour cream or 1 mini can (150g) of sour cream. to taste
- lemon slices and zest for decoration. to taste
- PREPARE THE DOUGH: Mix the already crushed biscuit with the butter in a container. Line the bottom of a 20 cm diameter removable rim pan with this dough (see image). Reserve.
- FOR THE LEMON MOUSSE FILLING: Whisk together the condensed milk, lemon juice and cream in a blender. Hydrate the gelatin and dissolve according to the directions on the package and add it to the other ingredients.
- Beat again until you get a homogeneous cream. Pour the filling over the reserved dough and refrigerate for 4 hours or until hardened.
- At the time of serving, prepare the topping by melting the milk chocolate and mixing it with the cream. Unmold the pie, cover with chocolate and decorate with lemon zest and slices.
