Lemon pie with 40% chocolate ganache

Misture no liquidificador o Leite condensado, 200ml de creme de leite e o suco de limão . 
Bater até tornar homogênea e firme. 
Reserve .

Mix the condensed milk, 200 ml of cream and the lemon juice in a blender.
Beat until smooth and firm.
Reserve .

Ganache .
Em um recipiente de inox , coloque a barra de chocolate 40% , adicione 200ml de creme de leite aquecido e misture bem até chegar o ponto e liso . 

Ganache .
In a stainless steel container, place the 40% chocolate bar, add 200ml of heated cream and mix well until the point is smooth.

Farofa de biscoito .
No Mix ou processador , adicione o biscoito de Maizena até que vire uma farinha , transfira para um recipiente e misture com a Manteiga até formar uma farofa úmida e solta . 


Biscuit crumb.
In the Mix or processor, add the Maizena biscuit until it turns into a flour, transfer it to a container and mix with the Butter until it forms a wet and loose crumb.


Montagem. 
Em uma taça coloque : 
Primeiro a ganache 
Segundo a farofa de biscoito
Finalize com o creme de limão 
E raspa de limão para decorar a sobremesa. 

Leve ao refrigerador por 1 hora e sirva.

Mounting.
In a cup put:
first the ganache
According to the cookie crumbs
Finish with the lemon cream
And lemon zest to decorate the dessert.

Place in the fridge for 1 hour and serve.
