  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Condensed MILK1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Squeezed lemons2 unit(s)
  • Lemon zest to taste
  1. In the food processor, crush the cookies until they form a crumb, then add the butter. Mix until it forms a very wet crumb. The point is you squeeze it in your hand and it doesn't fall apart.
  2. In a form of false bottom, gradually put the farofa and press it, molding the bottom, then do it on the side. Make it as uniform as possible. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the sides start to brown. Let cool.
  3. In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice. Pour over the dough and refrigerate for about 1 hour and a half. When serving, garnish with lemon zest and slices to your liking.
