  • Lemon juice300 ml
  • Water300 ml
  • Maizena700 g
  • Condensed milk2 cup
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  1. First put the biscuit in the blender, grind it and then put it in a container, adding the margarine and kneading by hand, and then shaping the dough.
  2. Then, put the dough in a greased shape with butter, covering the bottom and sides, put it in the oven (high heat) for 15 minutes to give the dough a golden color and let it rest.
  3. For the filling, add the condensed milk in a container and add the lemon juice, along with the beaten egg white.
  4. Then put cornstarch biscuit zest over the filling and cover the dough, then take it to the fridge for 3 hours, then take it out of the mold and serve.
