- Sicilian lemon (juice and zest)1 unit(s)

- Fresh cream400 ml
- Icing sugar2 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Blend the maria biscuits in the blender. In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the crushed wet, brown for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
- In the blender, beat the canned cream, condensed milk and lemon juice. Reserve the lemon zest.
- After whipping the cream, mix the lemon zest into the cream using a spoon (without whipping)
- In the cups, distribute the biscuit farofa and place the cream on top. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- After that time, make the topping whipped cream. In the mixer add the fresh cream and start beating.
- Add the icing sugar and vanilla and beat until whipped. Debt in the little jars putting it on top of the lemon cream. serve
