Separar o suco das raspas (sem chegar até a parte branca) dos 3 limões Taitis. 

*Eu adiciono um 4º limão, sendo ele siciliano, pq gosto de sobremesas bem azedinhas. 


Separate the juice from the zest (without reaching the white part) of the 3 Tahiti lemons.

*I add a 4th lemon, being Sicilian, because I like very sour desserts.


Misturar até ficar homogêneo o leite condensado, creme de leite, suco dos limões e uma parte das raspas (guardar um pouco para decorar no final).

*Pode misturar no liquidificador se preferir

Mix the condensed milk, cream, lemon juice and a part of the zest until smooth (save a little to decorate at the end).

*You can mix in the blender if you prefer

Montar em uma travessa as camadas. 
Começando primeiro com uma camada fina de creme para “untar” a travessa. 
Seguindo por uma camada de biscoitos maizena na horizontal por todo o fundo, sem sobrepor nenhum.
Em seguida, uma camada de creme até cobrir todos os biscoitos e assim sucessivamente até acabar o creme.

* A quantidade de camadas depende do tamanho da travessa. Mas a camda de cima, deve ser de creme. 

Assemble the layers on a platter.
Starting first with a thin layer of cream to “grease” the dish.
Following by a layer of cornstarch cookies horizontally across the bottom, without overlapping any.
Then a layer of cream to cover all the cookies and so on until the cream is used up.

* The number of layers depends on the size of the platter. But the top layer must be cream.

Decorar com pedaços pequenos de biscoito, farofa de biscoito (triturar com a mão mesmo) e o restante das raspas. 

Decorate with small pieces of biscuit, biscuit crumbs (crush by hand) and the rest of the zest.

Cobrir com papel filme e levar ao congelador por 4 horas.

*Retirar do congelador 30min antes de servir

Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 4 hours.

*Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving
