- Let the rotten dough in a refractory, place the margarine and the flour and salt and stir until it comes off the refractory.
- Take a refractory and open the dough at the bottom and sides too and pierce all the dough with a fork to go to the oven at 180°C and watch it not to burn because it's fast.
- When you see that the dough is golden brown, take it out of the oven and set aside.
- In the blender you put the cream, condensed milk and the lemon beat everything until it's consistent.
- Take your refractory with the baked dough and put the lemon mousse.
- You can decorate with lemon zest or slices to your liking.
- Take it to the fridge for 2 hours then just enjoy this top dessert.
