  • Butter60 g
  • Sugar40 g
  • Wheat flour140 g
  • Egg25 g
  • Water to taste
  1. Method of preparation for the dough: read carefully! In a bowl place the sifted flour and the cold butter. Mix with your fingertips until it becomes a crumb. Add the sugar, now comes the part of the attention 25 g of egg that would be to beat the egg and weigh it with a spoon. Keep stirring and notice that it will turn into a dough, add water only if you feel necessary if it is too dry. The dough looks like salty dough in terms of color and doesn't stick to the hands. Place the dough on a 20-inch diameter baking pan with a removable bottom (you can use it in smaller rims, yielding more than 1 pie unit). Leave it in the fridge for approximately 15 min, preheat the oven to 180°c, make several holes in the dough with a light fork to bake until the edges are golden and the dough loses its shine. Wait for it to cool down to just put the stuffing.
  2. For the filling : Add the juice or flavoring paste to the cream and the condensed milk stir well with a spoon or fuet, you will notice that it gradually takes on a less liquid consistency. Add the whipped cream and continue stirring. Add to the already baked and cooled dough. Decorate with whipped cream as desired or even meringue. Enjoy your food . The triangular piece can be sold, placed in specific packaging for this purpose. Carefully calculate costs and price correctly.
