Modo de preparo para a massa : leiam com atenção !
Em uma tigela coloque a farinha peneirada e a manteiga gelada .
Mexa com a ponta dos dedos até virar uma farofinha . 
Acrescente o açúcar , agora vem a parte da atenção 25 g de ovo que seria bater o ovo e pesar com uma colher .
Continue mexendo e perceba que irá virar uma massinha , a água acrescente apenas se sentir necessário caso esteja muito seca . 
A massa fica parecendo com massa de salgado em relação a cor e não fica grudando nas mãos . Coloque a massa numa assadeira com fundo removível de 20 de diâmetro (podendo usar em aros menores rendendo mais de 1 unidade de torta).  Deixe na geladeira por aproximadamente 15 min , pré aqueça o forno a 180°c, faça varios furinhos na massa com um garfo leve pra assar até as bordinhas ficarem douradas e a massa perder o brilho . 
Espere esfriar pra só assim colocar o recheio . 

Method of preparation for the dough: read carefully!
In a bowl place the sifted flour and the cold butter.
Mix with your fingertips until it becomes a crumb.
Add the sugar, now comes the part of the attention 25 g of egg that would be to beat the egg and weigh it with a spoon.
Keep stirring and notice that it will turn into a dough, add water only if you feel necessary if it is too dry.
The dough looks like salty dough in terms of color and doesn't stick to the hands. Place the dough on a 20-inch diameter baking pan with a removable bottom (you can use it in smaller rims, yielding more than 1 pie unit). Leave it in the fridge for approximately 15 min, preheat the oven to 180°c, make several holes in the dough with a light fork to bake until the edges are golden and the dough loses its shine.
Wait for it to cool down to just put the stuffing.

Para o recheio :
Acrescente o suco ou a pasta saborizante no creme de leite e o leite condensado mexa bem com uma colher ou fuet , vc vai perceber que aos poucos vai tomando uma consistência menos líquida . Coloque o chantili já batido e continue mexendo . Acrescente na massa já assada e fria . Decore com chantili  como desejar ou até mesmo merengue.

Pode ser vendida o pedaço triangular , colocando nas embalagens específicas pra isso . Calcule com atenção os custos e precifique de maneira correta . 

For the filling :
Add the juice or flavoring paste to the cream and the condensed milk stir well with a spoon or fuet, you will notice that it gradually takes on a less liquid consistency. Add the whipped cream and continue stirring. Add to the already baked and cooled dough. Decorate with whipped cream as desired or even meringue.

The triangular piece can be sold, placed in specific packaging for this purpose. Carefully calculate costs and price correctly.
