Sour cream700 ml
chocolate (topping)300 g
Maizena Biscuit200 g
Whipped cream box1 unit(s)

beat the squeezed lemon, condensed milk and 200ml of cream in a blender for 4 minutes
melt the chocolate and put the rest (500ml of cream) in a refractory
Beat the whipped cream in the mixer, according to the description on the package, until it reaches the point of snow (important to leave the box in the fridge before whipping)
Now just ride. Start with the chocolate, the cookies, the lemon mousse. Repeat the process until the ingredients are finished. Finish with whipped cream and decorate as you wish. I used lemon zest and a few slices to make it look pretty.
Leave in the fridge for 5 hours and then serve.
