- Grind the cornstarch biscuit in the blender or grinder and mix with the butter until it forms a firm dough and spread it on the pyrex or tray.
- Bake until slightly browned, remove and let cool.
- While it cools... You put the rest of the materials in the blender (condensed milk, cream and lemon juice). Beat until it has a creamy consistency.
- Put the cookie dough inside the form that is the cookie dough and with the drain you scrape the lemon peel on top, to give it a charm.
- Put it in the fridge and when it's cold, just eat it. Good dessert.
