Triture a bolacha e acrescente a manteiga derretida, mistura bem até ficar homogênea, coloque em uma forma de fundo removível modelado toda ela e coloque no forno por cerca de 5 minutos.

Grind the cookie and add the melted butter, mix well until it's homogeneous, put it in a removable background molded all over it and put it in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Depois de retirar a massa do forno e enquanto ela esfria, coloque no liquidificador o leite condensado, o creme de leite, o suco do limão e bata por uns 3 minutinhos. 

After removing the dough from the oven and while it cools, place the condensed milk, the cream, the lemon juice in the blender and blend for about 3 minutes.

Despeje o creme na massa já fria e leve mais uma vez ao forno de 7 à 8 minutos. Quando a massa tiver douradinha e o creme durinho está pronto. 


Observação: Essa quantidade foi pra minha forma de 18cm se a de vcs forem maior duplica ou triplica a receita ok? 

Pour the cream into the cooled dough and put it back in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes. When the dough is golden and the cream is hard, it is ready.


Note: This amount was for my 18cm pan, if yours are bigger, double or triple the recipe ok?
