- Unleavened Wheat Flour500 g
- Margarine quality250 g
- Salt (pinch)1 to taste
- Condensed milk400 ml
- Sour cream200 ml
- Lemon juice100 ml
- Lemon zest (for garnish)1 to taste
- In a bowl, place the egg, flour, margarine and salt, mixing well.
- Take pie molds and line them at the bottom and side with a layer not too thick
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes and set aside.
- In a pan over low heat, place the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice, stirring until it becomes a thick cream.
- Put the cream in the molds and on top a little lemon zest to taste, wait to cool and you can serve.
